• Your Control: You can view, edit, or delete your saved signatures at any time through the History page.
• Browser Clearing: Clearing your browser data will delete all saved signatures permanently.

AI Suggestions

When you request AI-powered design suggestions:

• We send your job title and optional company/industry information to our AI service provider
• This data is used only to generate personalized suggestions and is not stored permanently
• The AI service provider processes requests in accordance with their privacy policy
• You can choose not to use AI suggestions and build your signature manually

Analytics & Cookies

We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our website:

• Anonymous usage statistics (page views, session duration)
• No personally identifiable information is collected
• You can block analytics using browser extensions or privacy settings

No User Accounts

SignatureAI does not require user accounts, registration, or login. You can use all features without providing any personal information beyond what you choose to include in your email signature design.

Share URLs

When you use the "Share Configuration" feature, your signature data is encoded in the URL. This means anyone with the share link can view the signature configuration you created. Only share these links with people you trust, and be mindful of including sensitive information in shared signatures.

SignatureAI may use third-party services:

• AI Gateway: For AI-powered suggestions (see AI Suggestions section)
• CDN & Hosting: For fast and reliable website delivery
• Font Providers: For web fonts (Google Fonts, etc.)

These services may collect basic technical information (IP address, user agent) in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally in your browser:

• Access: You can view all your saved signatures in the History page
• Deletion: You can delete individual signatures or clear all data
• Export: You can export your signatures as HTML, PNG, or PDF
• Control: You have complete control over your data at all times
