SignatureAI (mailsignature.app) has no accounts and no database. Here is everything that happens to your data.

Your signature details

The generator runs in your browser. To save you retyping, the fields you fill in are stored in your browser's localStorage under the key mailsig.v1. They never leave your device. Image files you pick from your device are only held in memory for the preview and are not saved.

AI features

When you press Suggest a design, the role, industry and feel you typed (plus your current accent colour) are sent to our server and on to a language model through Vercel AI Gateway. When you use the sign-off writer, the email text you paste is sent the same way. We do not store these requests. Don't paste confidential material into the sign-off writer.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not build profiles of individual visitors.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.
