Real estate agent email signature

Clients keep agents' emails for months, then dig them out when they are ready to buy or sell. A real estate signature should make you easy to call back and show that you are licensed.

Questions people ask

Do real estate agents need a licence number in their email signature?

It depends on where you practise. California, for example, requires the DRE licence number on first-point-of-contact materials, which include email. Check your state regulator and brokerage policy.

Should I include a headshot?

In real estate, yes. Clients meet many agents, and a face helps them remember which one you were. Host it at a stable URL so it loads in every client.
